He has entered into long-term relationships with a number of midsize and large law firms, large accounting firms and compensation consulting firms pursuant to which he handles all of the executive compensation issues that arise with regard to their publicly-traded and privately-held corporate and LLC clients, including (i) handling deferred compensation issues that arise, with an emphasis on assuring compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code, (ii) drafting cash and equity-based incentive programs, (iii) drafting employment contracts, non-compete, non-solicitation, non-disclosure and severance agreements for executive personnel and (iv) assisting fund clients in addressing ERISA prohibited transaction issues.
